The project was awarded the Debut Prize at the Architecture Biennale in 2002 and later received the Grand Prize for Local Tradition at the Margareta de Aur Awards in 2008, alongside Second Prize distinctions in 2004 and 2006, reflecting the consistency of a concept built around authenticity and local heritage.
The estate includes more than 20 rooms, organized across 15 accommodation units, complemented by spaces dedicated to social gatherings and events: a shared living and lounge area, restaurant and dining hall, event hall, conference room, sauna, fitness area, and tennis court.
