The architecture remains restrained and purposeful, favouring proportion, light and materiality over decorative gestures. Outside, the house extends into a series of terraces that follow the natural topography of the site. The swimming pool runs parallel to the horizon, strengthening the visual connection with the sea beyond, while shaded outdoor areas are integrated into the structure itself, providing protection from the summer sun without interrupting the simplicity of the design. Mature olive trees and native planting soften the built forms and anchor the property within its surroundings. Occupying a 5,700 sqm (61,354 sq.ft.) plot, the villa provides approximately 365 sqm (3,928 sq.ft.) of interior living space with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
