A consistent top-ten earner for Sotheby’s International Realty, Harald Grant is one of the most notable and sought-after brokers in the Hamptons, having sold more than $4.5 billion in real estate sales throughout the past three decades. He is regularly named the top real estate broker by sales volume in the Hamptons, and in 2005, he became the only area broker to be named #1 by The Wall Street Journal in the United States by individual sales volume.
Harald has sold properties throughout Southampton and East Hampton on the East End of Long Island for over 35 years. His mother-in-law, the renowned Pat Patterson, was instrumental in helping him begin his career. While she has since passed, Harald feels her influence every day.
As one of the first salespersons to start at Sotheby’s International Realty’s inaugural Hamptons office, Harald has had the distinct pleasure of representing sellers and buyers of some of the most extraordinary Hamptons properties. That experience and knowledge is something very few brokers can offer.
